Printing Tip: If the PDF Edges Are Cut Off
Some home printers try to print a PDF from edge to edge, but most printers cannot actually print all the way to the edge of the paper. This can make part of the worksheet get cut off.
If that happens, open your print settings and check these options:
- Choose Fit to page, Fit to printable area, or Scale to fit.
- Avoid Actual size, Fill page, or Borderless.
- Set the paper size to Letter / 8.5 x 11 inches.
- If there is a margins option, change Default to Minimum margins.
These settings help keep the full worksheet on the page so the top, bottom, and sides do not get trimmed off.
